A timeless and versatile piece that perfectly combines aesthetics and functionality, reflecting the distinctive style of the 1950s
“Silvio Cavatorta, born in 1899, was the driving force behind the design work of the Rome-based firm Cavatorta, which was active primarily in the years following the Second World War.
Silvio Cavatorta’s work is defined by a minimalist style, the use of premium materials, and exceptional craftsmanship, resulting in functional luxury. His furniture features understated designs and high-quality materials—modular elements that blend aesthetics with functionality—characterized by smooth, clean lines and a lack of superfluous ornamentation, with handles that are either simple or integrated directly into the wooden structures” by Wannennes auction
